Storm-Unable to combo into first 2 specials consistently. It seems the startup of both specials is slow enough to allow a block. More likely to combo the 2nd special.

Needs clarification if second special is a true combo string or luck if the AI didn't block in time. Additionally, if storm ends the combo with a medium atk, the pushback is too great for her 1st special to connect even for chip (block) damage.
